jira had problems starting up

Hi , 

When ever I try to run  jira in my system i.e try to launch jira from downloads , I face an issue saying that jira had problems starting up all the time which stops me from learning jira futher .  I also have looked into services.msc and start the Atlassian jira there and then try also no luck .

Can you please provide me the solution for above issue concerened . 

Also please let me know how to keep running jira automatically even after PC restart.

hello @Teja Teddy .

you should try to look at what the logs are telling you. 
If you are on a Linux system, try to find the catalina.out file that is in your INSTALL_DIR\logs  folder
on a windows, it should be in your HOME_DIR\logs\atlassian-jira.log

you should be able to understand the issue with the logs.
