I have setup an Incoming Mail sever using IMAP.
I would like to ask how to solve the following problem
If i send mail to test123@company.com i want to create duplicate issue in multiplne projects
I create two income mail handler (project1, project2) with the same Catch Email Address a and it doesn't work
What is the best solution for me?

I would rely on 1 project to accept the incoming and then have an Automation or Workflow post function generate a copy of that ticket in the desired project. Much easier to tackle, and if anything breaks its easier to work on.
