Hi All,

- I have a plan with an epic which task and sub tasks

- I have created a program which includes this plan.

When I go to the program interface

- it only shows me the that there are only 7 of the 10 tasks.

- the 3 completed tasks does not show as a percentage complete.

Not sure what the issue might be

Thanks for response.  Unfortunately, something had changed in the bulk import option.

The solution was:  In the bulk importer in the line item the epic link field can only have the EPIC issue id for the tasks but not for the sub task

Hi @Gavin

You'll want to go into your plan configuration and check how many days is set to exclude completed tickets from the view. If you're tickets were completed outside of this threshold, they will not show on the plan.
