jira system administrator missing

I dont see the Advanced button in my Global Permissions page. I am logged as the admin user that was created with the JIRA wizard the first time. So i tried to add my user into the JIRA system administrator permision, but in the Global Permissions page, the "JIRA system administrator" permision is missing. How can a fix this?

Hi Carlos,

That permission is not a part of the Cloud offering as it is a Restricted Function - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Restricted+Functions+in+Cloud+Applications

System administrators permission is reserved for Atlassian Support or Ops.
