jira user not getting any notifications since the account was created

a jira user created in april isn't getting any notifications since the account was created. what could be causing this issue and what can be done to fix the issue?

Hi BrainPOP,

Could you check the notification scheme? Does the user in the necessary groups or has the project role or access etc. to receive notifications?
