jira version 6.4.3 is not supporting windows

JIRA 6.2 and confluence-5.4.3 is not working in windows 10 but it is working windows 7 it is throwing the error page cannot be displayed

They both work on anything that can run the right version of Java, so you need to define what errors you are seeing and look at the logs.  And do you mean it's not working on the server side or the actual client?

Any errors in the logs? Have you checked the firewall?
