jql/scriptrunner for epics that has only one story open

Hello  Jira community,

Is there a jql/scriptrunner search for finding epics with only a specific story open?

Something like following: 

issueFunction in epicsOf("project = P1 and issuetype = story and summary !~ "text of the "summary" field of a specific story" and status = done") and issueFunction in epicsOf("project = P1 and issuetype = story and summary ~ "text of the "summary" field of a specific story" and status != done")

I tries the above and the first part (issueFunction in epicsOf("project = P1 and issuetype = story and summary !~ "text of the "summary" field of a specific story" and status = done") fails to execute. I get a following message: "Failed to get epicsOf"

Have you performed the JQL Keyword synchronization process? if not then you will probably need to do that first and see if you are able to query your JQL:

Our admin had performed this process. It does not seem to help.
