how can I remove or make it non visible from a project?
Hello @Nondas Andy Polymenakos
Here is documentation on how to manage boards, note you need to be a project or board admin to edit sharing permissions.
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-a-company-managed-board
What you need to do:
Access board settings
Go to your board, then select more () > Board settings.
On the Board settings screen, select Shares -> Edit Filter Shares
This allows you to choose who can or can't view/access this board.

Hello @Nondas Andy Polymenakos ,
Basically if you want to hide a Kanban board from a project, please follow the below settings
Go to Kanban board --> Board settings --> General --> Location
Here you can change it to self (Personal), This board will be hidden from the project.
As i seen your under free plan, some options may be restricted, please check the below link
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-free-jira-cloud-plan/
Thanks,
Anvesh

@Nondas Andy Polymenakos In case you want to restrict visibility of a board then you should try to restrict the filter from which it is created.
