language by locale

I have  another question about settings the default language for the product JIRA. Our customer purchased a license of the JIRA and I would like to change the automatic settings language on the user profile according to browser locale.

I would like to ask, how is it possible to do that?

As far I understand current JIRA does not possess such feature yet which automatic detect the locale settings of the user machine, however we do have a similar feature request which is being raised as the following:

• JRA-29194 - Please add the ability to override language of the login page (or browser-based locale detection)

Please feel free to vote on it to increase its popularity and add yourself as watcher in order to receive any latest updates from the developer and feedback from other user that is facing the same issue.
