load time options

Hi there, we've got a simple web page setup that has been noticing some slow down. Profiling where time's spent, we see sometimes up to a second of wait time trying to load the atlassian.jira.collector.plugin script.

We were wondering if there's a Content Delivery Network, or CDN for the JS code and, if so, how we'd setup to use it. Or any other suggestions on how to speed up the load of this feature.

Every OnDemand instance is a completely isolated server, so we don''t make use of any CDN service to speed up content delivery.
