We cannot log in to jira with the email address we always log in, what is the reason?
If you use Jira server and you use an external user directory (like active directory) then either the password you use for querying that active directory is expired or that account is locked. Another issue can be that there is something wrong with the AD connection itself (your active directory server has been moved/has a new url/is not reachable anymore).
