Hello ! 

I have installed jira software in my PC . 

and now when I want to connect jira to SQL I forgot my username Admin of jira . 

I have tried to recuperate it by email (choossing can't access option )  , but no mail confirmation received . 

In wish file the logins are registred ?  I need to check jist the username .

Hi Abdelhalim,

If I understand you right, you forgot the name of your JIRA administrator user, correct?

If you have access to the database you can find out the username or retrieve access to the user. Please follow this guide: Retrieving the JIRA Administrator Scenario A

The user accounts are stored in the database, but the passwords are hashed!

Recovering your password via mail works only if you set up an outgoing email server in JIRA.
