lost sysadmin password ?

I need to export and update my license and it's not showing me those options when I login using admin account.

PLease help me to get around with it.

The only way is to do it directly from the database, and well, only able to change the password if it is Internal Directory. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Retrieving+the+JIRA+Administrator
