mail from Contact Site Administrators not received

Hello, 

I was recently promute as administrator but i am not receive the email sent by user with the Contact site Administrators, only my collegue receive it. however we are both in the jira-administrators group.

i checked in my spam mail, nothing

Do you have an idea to solve that?

Hi Julien,

if sending mail via Jira works in general I'd recommend you to check with outgoing mail server logfiles - in case it applies maybe with the person responsible for your mail server.

Without access to the server and its configuration/logfiles it is hardly possible to state where the problem originates.
