map Salesforce user to JIRA user Go2Group CRM plugin

Hi,

We want to use the JIRA Go2Group CRM plugin.

Is it possible to use generic JIRA accounts for the Support Level 1 users (salesforce users) and set the Salesforce username in a JIRA custom field?

You can set the default Project and/or Reporter on the main "Initial Setup" page.  I would suspect that if you don't map a reporter on the CRM Mapping tab that it would use this account.  I also suspect you could set it in the JIRA/CRM mapping page.
