migrate to JIRA Service Desk 3 without JIRA Software

I want to migrate on JIRA Service Desk 3 wihout JIRA Software.

I has JIRA 6.4.11 and no JIRA Agile. The Upgrade task list on https://confluence.atlassian.com/migration/jira-7/server_jira+jsd_upgrade say i should run the JIRA Software installer before upgrading JIRA Service Desk.

Hi Yusuf!

Since all licenses from existing customers have been upgraded to JIRA Software licenses, you'd want to purchase and use a JIRA Core license instead. The On Server - How to move to JIRA Core section of this document contains some instructions on how to make the move.
