Hi,

 

My JIRA was running fine, but suddenly it is asking me for new setup and license key. What should to be do?

Do you know what is going on, on your system? It seems like you are missing files.. DBconfig and such/data.

Sounds like you have lost either the database or the home directory, and possibly both.  There's no point proceeding with an attempt to re-install or recover until you know what has done this damage and why. 

Check the system logs to see what has been done.

Could you please share some log errors and screenshot from the versions and license page?
