navigation menu are missing from the UI

Hi,

Since a few weeks, all the tabs, ribbons and navigation menus from the UI are missing on my account as well as that of my coworkers. We tried to connect using firefox, chrome, or IE, but we all have the same issue. However, my coworkers in paris don't have this issue.

 

Does any one have any idea what could be the issue ?

Thanks for advise.

Below you'll find some error messages from Chrome Console that I have when loading to Jira :

Actually no change has been made to our firewall :(

Hi @Jean-Pascal Lack

This seems odd. Can you open the developer console in Chrome (right click inspect), load Jira and check the Console for errors?

And ask your IT for changes on firewall or proxy. Because if you say that all coworkers at your location are affected, but your coworkers at Paris office aren't, it can be a network issue.
