new design slow in searching issues and switching between issues

When I search for issues or switch between issues with the loop at the left side of the screen I often have to wait very long before screen is built up completely.

effects:

>left side stays greyed out

> no slide bar to go up and down in the screen

> no access to comment field

Are you still facing the issue?

Could you please try to below troubleshooting?

1. Go ahead and clear all browser cache/cookies within your browsers
2. Make sure to delete all of the Atlassian Files within your local environment. For example, as it seems you’re using Chrome, you can delete the Atlassian web files here: chrome://settings/cookies#cont
3. This type of issue may occur when ad blocking add-ons are enabled with heavy restrictions, so I would make sure that those add-ons have been disabled on the browser
4. You can also try disabling third-party cookies within the browser, accessing JIRA, then re-enable those third party cookies once more

Sometimes this problem are related to the browser.

Thanks for your answers.

Most settings are managed by our admin.

I was only able to delete the cookies in internet explorer.
It looks a little faster now with loading all the content.
