I recently upgraded a JIRA server instance to 7.3.8. The original version (6.1.7) had export to Excel as an option from the Issue Navigator.
Post upgrade I expected to see an option to export issues to CSV format, but the option does not appear (RSS and Word options are there).
Can anyone shed any light on how to get the CSV exporting option?
I've actually worked it out myself!
jira.export.csv.enabled=true was missing in atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/jira-features.properties
