Hi David

Check a few things.

  1. If you have the permission to view the issues i.e. you can view them in JIRA
  2. If the board has been configured correctly i.e. board filter retrieves the appropriate project and issuetypes etc.
  3. Check for the filter permissions.
  4. Check for board permissions

It should be one of these issues.

Check your board filter includes issues that are open.
