noformat is not rendered in JIRA description PLEASE HELP

The description box from Creating an issue, is not rendering. 

I've looked into both the plug in, where the Wiki Style Renderer seems to be enabled already, and I've looked into the field configurations and it looks like descriptions has the Wiki Style Renderer selected already as well. 

Not sure what's wrong :( Please help!!

Are you in Visual or Text mode? I can't seem to see that in the screenshot. 

Are you able to insert the macro via the + dropdown menu at the top of the editor bar?
