not able to edit closed or revise issues in bulk change

after closing issues I am not able to edit them in bulk change.I can able to edit them individually but not in bulk change

what is jira.permission.edit.disable property.I am not getting can you please elaborate this what I hv to do actually to resolve this issue.

Hello,

Are you sure that you select issues from the same, which are linked to the same workflow? It could be that in one of the workflows there is jira.permission.edit.disable property is set and that is why you can not edit all selected issues in the bulk edit.
