not able to upload videos in jira

while uploading any videos in the comments or in the description its not getting uploaded

Does your video belong to the formats described in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/add-an-attachment-to-an-issue/ ?
What is the size of the file ?
By default, the maximum size of any one file is 10MB, but your Jira admin can change this limit. Please check what is the maximum file size allowed in your instance
