on a project summary page the graph shows created vs resolved

question 1) on a project summary page the graph shows created vs resolved, the resolved numbers are not showing, even when I have issues closed. Note: my workflow does not have a status: resolved, I only have a status: closed. 

Question 2) can I change out the graph with another report?

1) Created v Resolved. "Resolved" doesn't mean closed, it means the Resolution field is not empty. If you have a resolution named "Unresolved" that gets considered as a resolution because the field was filled in. 

2) You can't swap out canned reports for something you like better. However, you can make some nifty graphs and put them on your dashboard and share it with others for their dashboards.
