one user unable to add watchers

Out of a couple hundred users in the same group I have ONE that is unable to add watchers. I logged in as several other users in the same group and they are able to add and remove watchers, only this one user cannot. Need some help please!

Try clearing that users browser cache and also check the permission scheme and see if that user is restricted from the adding watcher permission.
