When I click on a ticket to open it, the ticket does not open immediately.

First, the ticket is displayed in a sidebar on the right side. Then I have to click on the ticket number again. Only then does the ticket open completely and I can edit it.

It seems to be a configuration issue, because most of my colleagues can open tickets with one click.

Hi @Grit Stelle !

You can turn off the sidebar display by selecting "View settings" in the top right-hand corner of the board, then unchecking "Open issues in sidebar".

When you open issues, they should then be in a more editable view.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Grit Stelle , welcome to the Atlassian Community.

I never knew you could open issues with one click. I use the character <e> (from edit) to get the modal opened that holds all the data from the selected issue.

Thanks for teaching me something new,

Dick
