hi

we have an active directory in our company when a user joins our domain it can see a specific group in jira . how can i give  permissin to one user to see 50 persons ticket not all of users who are in this group? when i use Browse Projects this user can see all of tickes

You can use issue level permissions to restrict what people can see in a project.
