Hi -
I have a parent issue that spawns multiple sub-tasks, and on the subtasks, I have specified "Transition parent when all subtasks are resolved" using a post function.
On the parent, when the transition occurs, it is supposed to fast-track the issue, but that dfoesn't seem to happen. I tried the same with a listener. When I perform the steps manually on the parent issue, the fast tracking works, so I don't think it's a problem with my conditions or anything like that.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can correct it?
Thanks!
Maybe a timing or an ordering issue in my post functions?
I get this error when I clse all of the subtasks: 2014-11-11 10:21:41,426 Thread-17627 ERROR wwonch01 621x237743x1 na0e6a 172.26.55.22 /secure/CommentAssignIssue.jspa [canned.jira.utils.WorkflowUtils] Errors: {} Error Messages: [It seems that you have tried to perform a workflow operation (Generate Requests) that is not valid for the current state of this issue (CHG-338). The likely cause is that somebody has changed the issue recently, please look at the issue history for details.] Whichis weird, because when the parent issue is progressed normall, I don't see it.

Hey Bill, Have you checked your log files to see if there is any error when the post-function is fired?
