Is there a limit as to how many users can be in a Project Role? I have one project that is getting an error any time the try to add users to a specific project role. This Project Role (Agents) currently has 325 users. We can still add users to other Projects Roles (ie Developers, Stakholders) within the same Project
To resolve this issue, we had to create a second project role with the same permissions as the the first project role

I think Nic is likely correct about this being a limitation on your licensing, not on the number of users allowed in a Project Role in general. If your license allows for more than 325 Service Desk Agents, then it may be helpful to let us know what error you're seeing when you try to add more users to the Role. =)

Technically, there's a limit, but it's way above 325.
I think you need to check your licencing though - specifically for Service Desk, as that limits the number of agents you can have overall, and I suspect that's the problem.

Thanks Nic, but we don't have Service Desk installed. This is just a regular project role.

Hmm, with no service desk, there's nothing to stop you adding people to roles at all (and Service Desk only applies specifically to Agents) So, the question now is "what error are you getting"?
