project role user not displayed in jira v7.4.1 for last assigne option transition

Hello, i want to reproduce a transition from an older version of jira v6.2.3 to a 7.4.1 but i cannot because the project role "users" is not selectable anymore.

when i click on the option assigne the issue to the last user from the _______ who had this issue assigned before.

project role Users is not available anymore i only have developper, product owner, administrator and release managers.

it's good i created the project role by myself on jira settings in project role menu.
