quick filter to include range

I am using quick filters for releases we are currently working in a sprint. When we are in release testing period we create release candidates and add prefix -rc1, -rc2 etc to a fixVersion for the release. It is a tedious work to add the -rcX to the quick filter in board settings each time I create a new fixVersion. Is there a JQL that lets me include a range of fixVersion-names instead?

Yes, Fix version in (-rc1,-rc2). Check out the supported operators for the Fix version field on Atlassian's reference doc. Cheers!
