"Access" field missing in Project Settings > Details page

I've attached screenshots of two projects. The first one has what I want, which is the Access field. Also, notice it has fewer options on the left sidebar. 

In the second one, this field is missing although I have more options in the left sidebar.

How do I get the Access field for the second one?

Hi Andrei,

The first project is actually applying Agility template. It is the newest board and suitable for teams who don't want the structure of our Scrum and Kanban boards.
