I am always receiving the "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying the web page" when I am using portoflio for jira. This error does not happen anywhere else. I have tried looking online for solutions but there are non that have worked.
Many suggestions were to disable add-ons that I have on Chrome but the only add on I have is a Five9 dialer and I cannot disable this.
I would like to keep using chrome so the solution of switching web browser does not really help.
If someone knows how I can fix this issue it will be greatly appreciated.
Hello Baheej,
Sorry to hear that you are observing an error 'Aw, Snap!' when viewing Portfolio for Jira. It sounds like a bug which is being tracked in JPOSERVER-2615. This was supposed to be resolved in Portfolio 3.3.1, however, it appears that some of our customers are still experiencing the problem. Our developers are hard at work attempting to get this fixed, however, it seems related to a Chrome bug. Per our developer, the latest comments on the bug raised with Google (see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=978750#c8) suggest that the problem maybe resolved in version 76 of Chrome (as yet unreleased). Please see the bug report for more details.
Hope this helps!
