"Azure DevOps for Jira (Official)" can not change Account

We are looking for a way to integrate Azure Devops with Git and the pipelines in Jira. We came across this article from Atlassian.

We installed the app "Azure DevOps for Jira (Official)" recommended by Atlassian in this article on a sandbox.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the account. Every time we go to change account and then to continue, the app keeps reconnecting to the old account.

Hey Frank,

You would need to access your user settings on the Azure DevOps Profile page and revoke access for your current organisation.

hello Karan, I'm facing the same issue. 

Followed the steps in the documentation: revoked authorization, switched directories in my Azure DevOps profile and it's still going back to other tenant.

A few months ago I was testing this app and this process worked properly. Now I need to switch to the other org/tenant for the team to start using it but doesn't seem to work anymore.
