"CREATE SPRINT" disabled for Board Admin

A board was created within a project and some JIRA tickets are put in it's backlog.
We are required to create a sprint but are the option is disabled.

But we are able to create a sprint for other board within the same project.

Can we know what special permissions are required for this?
also who is responsible to provide us with this access?

You need Manage sprint permission in all projects that are included in this board. So, possibly, the other board have in its filter different projects than that one.

Pls check board filter under its configuration.
