"Create project with shared configuration" unavailable

I am trying to create a new project with shared configuration.

Before, I could choose a template called "Create with shared configuration" and it allowed me to cheese the project that I want to copy.

However, now this template is not present on the list. I only have other templates available, so I could create projects from scratch using Jira templates, which is not what I want.

How can I do it?

I have this same problem.  I use this feature all the time, and I was intending on creating a few new projects today.  Using one of the existing templates is extremely inefficient for me as I would have to change all the schemes manually and also delete all the schemes that are generated when creating a new project.
