"Days in columns" can't be turned on

Hi.

we are trying to turn on in cards layout the "days in columns" feature, but now is turned off and can't enable the function. I tryied reviewing the configurations on jira software settings, but it doesn't appear the option, is just desappeared, beacuase, we tought the problem will be solved if the option was enabled for general settings and don't work.

Why this is tunerd off if we didn't do anything ?

There have been several questions about this symptom in the last couple of weeks...the Atlassian design team seems to be conducting an experiment to remove this feature with no way for customers to turn it back on themselves.

As you are on a paid license, please work with your Jira Site Admin and submit a ticket to Atlassian Support as they can remove you from the experiment and re-enable the feature:
