I created Custom Field  called Store and I want to select an object attribute in this case DSM and another custom Field called "FOR DSM APPROVAL" How can we do automation?

@Manish Chokhawala can you share more details around what you're trying to do and in what scenarios? 

You have a custom field called 'Store'. What type of field is it?

You want to select an object attribute, DSM. Is this from an Asset custom field? Or an Asset object? What do you want to do with this selection?

And another field called "FOR DSM APPROVAL". What type of field is this? What do you want to do with this field?
