"Issue is about to expire" Email Notifications

I continue to get email notifications about expiring Issue for a project. However, in my Jira Notification settings, I have all email preferences disabled. Why do I still receive email alerts? Is this not a global setting that should stop email alerts like this?

"Send me emails for issue activity": Disabled.

"Default Notification Settings": All Disabled

Have you checked if this is a notification or sent from some Automation?
