Hey everyone,
We had a field called "Mail Sender" in our tickets. However, if a customer creates a ticket via E-Mail, the "Mail Sender" Field gets filled with the customers E-Mail Address. The customer gets a notification, if changes are made on that ticket.
The thing is, since an update (but we don't know which one) the "Mail Sender" field doesn't seem to get filled with the customers E-Mail Address any more. Therefore, they don't get notifications on ticket changes. The field is still there, but empty.
Does anyone have an idea what's the reason for that problem?
We're hosting JIRA 6.3.14 on our own servers.
Anyone else ever experienced this? I really want to get this working. :/
Well that could be. I want to check on that. How do I check which addon uses the field? And how do I check if this specific addon is incompatible with JIRA 6.3.14?

Hi Simon, May I ask, is the problem start happening after upgraded to JIRA 6.3.14 version ? If yes, the field may not compatible with the JIRA current version where you need to check the plugin which owns the mail custom field.
