"Something went wrong" when trying to integrate with Bitbucket

In Jira, I went to add a repository, then since it was Bitbucket, got the prompt to "Integrate with Bitbucket." I clicked that button and then clicked Grant Access but keep getting the "Something went wrong" message.

Since I was just trying the product out, I can't get support because the account isn't paid (though my Bitbucket account is paid).

My error code was:

In the meantime if I can't get support on this issue, I was wondering if there's a way to pull in Issues from the Bitbucket issue tracker into the product roadmap feature in Jira? Was also curious if you can create tasks within Jira and associate them with a repository to automatically create an Issue in the issue tracker, too.

For context, we currently use Asana to create/manage our work and Unito to sync our Bitbucket issues, we are canceling our Unito account, so it won't be synced anymore. We make our sprint/retro boards in Asana still but I was trying to see if this would be a viable alternative. I know Jira has a nice sprint board functionality and wanted to see how it integrated with our repos.
