Today, I moved all of the issues from one Jira Project to another and then moved the original Jira project to the trash once all the issues had been moved.
Now, when I try to view Backlog or Board on the remaining project, the pages won't load and I repeatedly get the "Somethings gone wrong" error.
I've tried clearing cache and cookies, using incognito, etc. I am able to view the issues by going under the "Your Work" section.
Restoring the original project from the trash fixed the problem.
Have you checked your board configuration? On your board, go to the three dots in the top right and code Board Settings. You will see several tabs... On the General Tab, look at the middle of the page for Filter, and click the Hyperlink for "Edit Query Filter".
It will open the JQL Query selecting those issues for display on the board.
Mine looks like this:
project = XXX AND Sprint in openSprints() ORDER BY Rank ASC
If your query is referencing the old project, that will cause problems. Make sure it's your current project. After you save, everything will probably work as expected.
Let us know how you're progressing!
Marianne

Thanks, @John Funk !
There shouldn't be anything filtered on the board - but the page won't load for me to tell one way or the other.
Other members of that Jira project are experiencing the same loading issues.
Could this be related to the fact that I moved issues from a separate Jira project that is now in the trash?

It could very well be.
But every board MUST be attached to a filter. That's what tells the board which issues to display on it.
I am wondering if you copied the board and went straight to Board settings of the copied board that you might be able to see the filter being used.

Hi crourke,
I see that you are on Cloud, but this seems like an indexing or backend issue. You may want to contact Atlassian Support. Cheers!
