Hey There. I've looked through community q&a's related to this subject but am unable to resolve.

  • I am project lead and have full Administrator rights in JIRA and for this Project (Role & Group settings).
  • I have the Release Issues permission set.
  • Done is the last column on the RIGHT side of my board settings. I have Statuses (type of Done): Done and Won't Do. Both green.
  • There is on "unmapped" column to the right of Done that doesn't display on the board and I'm not sure how to remove it, or if that matters.
  • All issues in the Done column are marked as Done (green), Won't Do (green) and have a resolution status of Resolved or Done. (I have a workflow to auto-set the resolution to Done when it goes to either Done or Won't Do in the workflow on the board).
  • Here are my settings on the board. I don't have the sub-filter set because after reviewing and setting it to the common "generic" one.. all my issues disappeared off the board in general. I know I'm missing something in my setup yeah? Shrug. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably fixed this long ago, but in case someone else shows up here like I did.

I ran into this (seeing "no issues to release") and tried everything in this thread to no avail.

Then I went back and made sure FixVersion and AffectsVersions were on all my screens (which they weren't).

After I did this, Release worked. I cannot guarantee this did the trick, but worth a shot if anyone else bumps into this thread.
