"We couldn't connect to this issue"- one of my team mate is facing this problem not others

Suddenly this error popped up in one of my team member's project. He is the one who is assigned to this project and he was using it seamlessly till last saturday. Is there anything which could be the possible reason?

Hi @Ajith SP

This may be a network problem. Is your team member using a VPN or some other special network configuration?

Does he get this message on all the issues or just on the one you mentioned?
