Hi,
i want to realise a report to get an overview over all our developers.
This report needs users and hours per month, i also want to get an average hours per day
example:
User1 - November 2013 - 120 hours - 6h (average hours per day)
User2 - November 2013 - 98 hours - 4.9h (average hours per day)
User3 - November 2013 - 107 hours - 5,35 (average hours per day)
User1 - October 2013 - 120 hours - (average hours per day)
User2 - October 2013 - 120 hours - (average hours per day)
etc.
Does anyone having any ideas? How can i realise something like that?
regards from Germany!
Patrick
Hi Mr. White,
you could create a Team that includes all your developers (if you don't have that already). When in the Teams timesheet, go to the Report view. There you have the possibility to export the timesheet to Excel (you can also use the XML export, see https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Tempo+Servlet+Manual). When exporting the tiemsheet to Excel you can pivot the table to show only the data you are interrested in and you can calculate the average per day (http://blog.tempoplugin.com/2012/pivoting-tempo-and-jira-reports-using-excel/)
Best regards,
Susanne (Tempo)
