redmine db data to jira

Looking to export a lot of data from redmine into Jira. If we can do this successfully then we could get a possible purchase order. So far nothing is working that I can find on the web.

unfortunately the last item on there with the script to pull the data from the redmine db doesn't seem to work, but then again I'm no mysql expert. I used phpmyadmin to export everything to csv, but jira borked on the import and now it looks as though I have to restart jira as it keeps giving me errors everytime i got to the import plugins page.
