reference a comment

it's possible to reference a comment in Jira ticket  without using the feature permanent link ,please note that Im' using Jira clound

permanent link is not convenient  in comment , what I'm looking for  relative to this feature , when you are like to click on the reference , the comment displays the content , without need to go searching for its content in other windows or other place

I believe the permanent link is the only resource that you can use to reference a comment.

That been said, could you please let us know why you would like to use a different option? The permanent link seems to be a reliable and effective feature to accomplish that.
