After configuring our Office365 Exchange with the rules as described in Unblocking Office365 emails I am still not getting Atlassian invitation e-mails for users on our Office365 managed e-mail accounts (other e-mail accounts like ***@gmail.com do work)
Could you check if our domain "casculate.com" is on the bounce list?

I will also loop in @Angélica Luz who may be able to check the bounce list for you.

Checking the domain on our tools, it returned two email addresses on the bounce list due to the following error:
550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [BE0DEU01FT006.eop-deu01.prod.protection.outlook.com]
I removed the bounces and the notifications should be delivered now.

Hi Angélica, i've the same problem as @Scott-Oliver Lührs described above.
we have our Office365 managed e-mail accounts , and we still not getting email from Atlassian.com ou Atlassian.net confimation email.
Could you check if our domain "sobac.fr" is on the bounce list?
