our old version is 7.0.2, our new version is 8.0.2.they are on different server.

we do a backup for 7.0.2.

we need  8.0.2 restore  from old backup file.

we encounter below errors,can you help me

Hi Paul,

As the error message suggests, you'll need to either renew your license to get your instance working with Jira 8.0.2, or you'll need to roll back to 7.0.2 (switch back to your old server).
